Exchange Travel Options
Classic High School Exchange and Immersion Programs
On our classic high school exchange and immersion programs you will live with a local host family and meet new friends while exploring high school life in another country – you will come home an expert in your country of choice. These programs are available for durations ranging from 1 month to the whole school year and you can even choose which semester you leave in.
1-10 Month, Full Immersion Opportunity, Host Family or Dorm Experience.
Short Group Programs
Our short group programs are designed for students that want to travel with friends or join a group of enthusiastic and likeminded adventurers looking to explore a new culture, language and way of life. Durations range from 4-6 weeks and departure dates are available in first and second semester.
4-6 Weeks, Travel with Friends, Host Family Experience.
For students who would prefer to travel outside of the school year, our range of summer programming is a great way to make the most of your time. Whether you are looking for a 1 week adventure camp in Costa Rica, 2 months in an Australian high school or a 2 week language and culture tour in Paris, we offer a range of countries and options for the summer traveller.
1-8 Weeks, Travel with Friends, Host Family or Dorm Experience.
The boarding school program is for the student that wishes to have two experiences in one – dorm stay, providing immersion in the student community & a surrogate family for weekends, to experience living with a French family. Get a taste of rez life, share your experience with a roommate and a host family.
3 months, 5 months or 10 months, Host Family & Dorm Experience
A unique 2 way exchange program between Canada and Australia where students in Canada and Australia are ‘matched’, spend 3 months with each others families and attend school. It amounts to twice the experience at a fraction of the cost of a classic 3 month exchange program!
3 Months, Host Family Experience
For those who have graduated high school and wish to travel internationally, with a bit of programming and support. Participants may be in their gap year, undertaking post-secondary education or looking for something to do on work breaks or holidays. There are many different program options to choose from too – homestay immersion and language lessons, camp counselor opportunities, teacher’s assistant positions, volunteer opportunities, or work experience placements.
